A prerequisite for the maintenance package is network mapping

Firewall configuration check and update, VPN tunnel verification
Administration of access rights and network segments
Security strategy analysis and compliance check based on the client’s workflows
Installation, organisation and labelling of network cables and devices, organisation of rack cabinets
Workplace cable organisation, testing and installation of new cables, if needed, with proper labelling
Development of backup connectivity solutions for business-critical processes based on client needs (alternative internet provider in case the primary connection fails)
Mapping of workstations and devices and creation of a visual network diagram
