Convenient options for determining tax rates.
NOOM’s payroll and staff management software allows the user to enter or amend tax and payment rates and other fees paid by the employer and reimbursed by the state.
Sending of pay slips to employees by e-mail.
NOOM allows you to send pay slips to all employees at once with just one click. The pay slip is sent to the employee’s personal e-mail address.
Electronic report: submission of TSD. Summary and detailed wage reporting, which can be used at up to three levels, if necessary.
The payroll and staff program allows you to create Annex 1 and Annex 2 to the electronic TSD with just a click on the 10th of each month. This can then easily be imported into the e-Tax and Customs Board.
Payments to a bank: regular and consolidated payments, plus payments to the third pension pillar.
To pay remuneration, SEPA payments can be generated as regular or consolidated payments that are imported as a file to the bank for transfer.
The employer has the opportunity to help an employee accumulate pension funds in the third pillar with an additional tax benefit.
Calculation of working hours: A table of working time is used to calculate employees’ working time.
When employee absences are entered, NOOM automatically adds the entries to the table of working time. Overtime, night work and work on public holidays are calculated according to the workload and working hours.
By connecting the software to access systems, it is possible to monitor the arrival and departure of employees and absences in real time.
The online table of working time allows you to enter working hours regardless of location.
The solution is highly suitable for companies with a lot of employees in different locations. The table can be used on different (smart) devices.
The solution is interfaced with NOOM’s payroll and staff management software: the working hours entered are reflected in the software and online. The user can make changes and additions to the table without considering any data coming from the web.
NOOM’s payroll and staff management software allows you to choose between different types of remuneration and between three types of contract.
NOOM allows you to choose between three types of employment contract: that of a management board member, a regular employment contract and a contract under the law of obligations.
Based on the type of contract and employee data, the software determines and calculates the necessary taxes and payments. Additionally, you can set different remuneration types according to the wishes of your company.
Methods of calculating the type of remuneration include hourly fee, monthly salary, daily calculation, percentage fee and unit fee.
By linking NOOM’s payroll and staff management software to access systems, you can keep accurate working time records. Adopting access systems increases the security of your company and provides a real-time overview of staff shortages. Additionally, you can monitor the arrival and departure of employees. Thanks to the registration of movements, thorough reporting is possible later on.
